Under Estonian law, electric bikes are pedal vehicles equipped with an electric motor that has a maximum continuous rated power of 250W or less. The output power decreases gradually as the vehicle’s speed increases and stops before the vehicle reaches a speed of 25 km/h, or sooner if the rider stops pedaling. Consequently, the use of the Kugoo KuKirin V3 electric bike-like off-road vehicle in urban areas or on public roads is solely at the user’s responsibility.
