Purpose of processing
EXOCOOL OÜ processes the personal data of the users of the e-shop for the purpose of the proper performance of the contracts concluded through the online shop at www.tõuksimaailm.ee/ (hereinafter referred to as the “online shop”). This means that such data is necessary in particular to:
– to conclude an agreement;
– for settlements;
– to send products ordered by the user;
– to enforce the user’s rights (e.g. termination of contract, statutory guarantee).
If you have consented to receive information about new products and special offers, EXOCOOL OÜ will process your data in order to send you its marketing information, for example about special offers or final sales.

EXOCOOL OÜ processes the following personal data that is necessary to:

2. optional data to be provided by the user:
– date of birth

3. if you wish to cancel the contract or if your complaint is upheld and you wish to receive a refund directly to your bank account, please specify your bank account number so that we can refund you.
Legal bases for processing
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent, which you give at the moment of registering as a user of the website and confirming a transaction on the website.
Your consent to the processing of your personal data is entirely voluntary, but you will not be able to shop online without it.

Deletion of data means that existing data will be deleted and your data will no longer be processed. We will respond to the erasure request within one month and specify the date of erasure.
3. You may at any time object to the processing of your personal data, either in general or for a specific purpose. The submission of an objection does not affect any prior processing operations. Objecting means that your data will no longer be processed.
4. You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be limited in time and scope. We will then act on your request. Such a request will not affect any prior processing.

6. You have the right to request that we transfer your personal data held by us to a third party. To do so, please contact us by e-mail, specifying the name and address of the legal entity to which you want us to transfer your personal data and the scope of the personal data – i.e. specify which of your data we need to transfer. The transfer will take place electronically once you have approved the request. Confirmation of the request is necessary to ensure the security of your data and to verify that the request comes from an authorised person.
7. You have the right to request information from us at any time about the extent to which we process your personal data.
From the moment we receive all your requests about the measures we have taken, we are obliged to inform you within one month at the latest.
Retention of personal data
Our system only retains information about your transactions where the retention of the data relates, for example, to any claims you may have, such as for statutory warranties or legislation that is binding on us.
Entrusting data processing to third parties
EXOCOOL OÜ may entrust the processing of personal data to EXOCOOL OÜ’s business partners if it is necessary for the performance of transactions, such as the preparation of ordered products, the shipment of goods or the provision of marketing information by EXOCOOL OÜ (the latter applies to users who have consented to receive such information).
The personal data provided by the Buyer to the Seller shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act only to the extent necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Sales Contracts through the E-shop and to ensure the rights and obligations related to the use of the E-shop. The data shall not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the Buyer, unless this is necessary to protect the rights of the Seller or in cases provided for by law.
Personal data of website users will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Data communication between the Customer and the banks and the card payment centre is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Customer’s personal data and bank details.
The payment is made outside the online shop environment, in the secure payment environment of the bank or service provider. The online shop does not have access to the Customer’s bank and credit card details.
The customer’s personal data will be transferred to the processor ESTO AS.
Product availability notice
If you so wish, EXOCOOL OÜ will inform you of the availability of the selected products by electronic means. Such notification can only be sent provided that you have given your consent to receive marketing information about the products in the online shop to the designated e-mail address and to the processing of your personal data by EXOCOOL OÜ. The transfer of data to us is on a voluntary basis, but if you do not consent to the processing of your personal data, we will not be able to inform you of the availability of the products.
