Segway Ninebot ES controller (including brain, motherboard, control module), original spare part. The original Segway Ninebot ES controller fits perfectly on the original Segway electric scooter Ninebot ES2 and Ninebot ES4. The controller also fits on the less common Ninebot ES1 and ES3 electric scooters.
Due to different software, the controller will not be compatible with former Segway rental electric scooters! The original controller differs from the copies in that the original DRV software can be automatically updated and, if desired, tuned (rewritten). The main difference with the copies is in the electronic components and the overall assembly quality. Copy control modules are often several times cheaper, but they often don't even last 100km under normal driving conditions, and you will soon have to replace the motherboard again. Therefore, we recommend that in the case of a controller failure in the Ninebot ES series, the controller should be replaced immediately with a new and improved original spare part. The controller we offer is a new advanced version, where the whole electronics circuit board is covered with silicone. This makes the controller completely waterproof.
