Star fangled nut for electric pushbike (also fork fangled nut, collar tightening bolt/screw), complete with neck flange and lid bolt. The electric scooter neck bucket fits all 1-1/8 " diameter electric scooter forks that use a neck tightening system similar to the Ahead Stem on bicycles . The inner cone of the fork will usually break if the cone pin is tightened too tight (from incorrect neck collar adjustment technique).
