APOLLO ELECTRIC SCOOTER
APOLLO – HISTORY – INTRODUCTION
In 2018, Chris Healthcoate-Rey and Maciek Piskorz founded Apollo, an electric scooter brand. Apollo was born in Montreal, Canada. They saw that electric scooters, with good development, could be a comfortable and sustainable means of transport that would make a significant contribution to society’s transition to electric transport.
Apollo’s mission was simple – to create the best personal electric scooter on the market. However, they didn’t want their electric scooter to be just a normal scooter, so they had to do things a little differently. Unlike their competitors, they wanted to both design and manufacture their own electric scooters.
Apollo is a brand that offers a wide range of high quality and durable electric scooters. Apollo is environmentally oriented in every sense. In addition to being environmentally friendly, Apollo electric scooters are manufactured in the most optimised and energy-efficient way possible.
Apollo’s first electric scooters, however, were rather less powerful and simpler. In 2022, as a result of a sustained development effort, Apollo moved closer to fulfilling its mission and goal by launching new and improved electric scooters.
Their electric scooters are equipped with nothing but the good and the better, and they also have a great ride. In addition to performance and durability, Apollo is also committed to rider safety. As a result, you’ll also find electric scooters equipped with direction indicators in their range.
All in all, today Apollo is a well-known and reputable brand that offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable electric scooter with a great ride.

APOLLO ELECTRIC SCOOTERS – TÕUKSIMAAILM’S SCOOTERS MODEL RANGE
Phantom V2
The Apollo Phantom V2 electric scooter is an improved version of its predecessor, the Apollo Phantom. With its double-wheel drive, powerful motors and large battery pack, the Phantom V2 electric scooter is the most sophisticated and advanced of the Apollo range. The Phantom V2 is equipped with everything you could want in a proper electric scooter. The Phantom V2 is also available in three different versions. All versions of the Phantom V2 can be found here.
In developing the Phantom, Apollo was single-minded and relentless, placing a strong emphasis on both performance and driving comfort. To ensure a comfortable ride, the Phantom V2 electric scooter was built to have a total of four hybrid hydraulic spring motors instead of two. The electric scooter was also equipped with large pneumatic tyres without inner tubes, which offer excellent grip and traction.
On the technological side, the electric scooter is no different. The Phantom V2 is one of the few electric scooters to use OLED technology in its display. The OLED display/screen is also relatively large and therefore information is easy and simple to read. For the best riding experience, the Phantom V2 is available with high quality ZOOM brand hydraulic disc brakes.
In terms of parameters, the Phantom V2 is well above the market average. The range is between 80-85km, depending on the battery capacity. The Li-Ion battery packs are also made from high quality Dynavolt battery modules (or elements). The battery powers the powerful 2x500W electric motors, which enable the Phantom V2 to reach 25km/h in an instant. The Phantom V2 also has a robust construction, which makes the Phantom V2 electric scooter equipped with powerful motors capable of moving forward under a weight of 130kg, according to the manufacturer’s specification.
City and City Pro
Apollo City and City Pro were launched in 2022 and have gained a lot of popularity thanks to their compactness, quality and performance. The City Pro electric scooter differs from the City model mainly because it has a double-wheel drive. The City electric scooter is designed with all the essential features and factors needed for a safe and enjoyable riding experience. City models are equipped with both front and rear direction indicators that can be easily switched on or off at any time. The City electric scooters also have an extremely high IP protection rating. The City and City Pro scooters are IP56 certified, so you can ride them with confidence all year round.
The City electric scooters with high handlebars are also suitable for riders up to 2m tall. The stand is long and wide and covered with an easy-to-clean non-slip rubber coating. With a non-slip kickstand and high IP protection, the City electric scooter is simply the perfect choice for riding in Estonian weather conditions.
In particular, an electric scooter was created to move around the City. Durability and a worry-free riding experience were also important. That’s why the City electric scooter is equipped with two drum brakes and an electronic motor brake. The drum brake requires much less maintenance than the disc brake, which makes the City electric scooter less hassle. The drum brake in combination with the electronic motor brake is very efficient, and the combination of this braking system gives the scooter an amazingly short stopping distance.
The City electric scooter is the ideal mobility device for anyone looking for a compact lightweight scooter that is packed with modern technology and yet powerful.
Apollo Air
The Air is the least powerful of the Apollo range, but the most compact and lightweight. The Air electric scooter was created to provide people with a good and affordable electric scooter for urban mobility. The Air electric scooter is an eye-catcher for many well-known brands because, in addition to its excellent performance, it is also equipped with a first battery. In this price range, the competition is mainly from the Xiaomi Pro 2 and the Ninebot G30 electric scooters, but none of them comes with a battery pack when it leaves the factory. The Air electric scooter is particularly tightly built, which makes the Air electric scooter a high, IP66-rated scooter. With such a high degree of protection, you can ride all year round without having to worry about the durability of the scooter. The scooter is also extremely light, weighing just 17.5kg.
In order for the Air scooter to be widely accepted, especially by the general public, a strong emphasis was placed on making the scooter easy to use and safe. Unlike many other widely known electric scooters designed for general users, the Air electric scooter has large 10″ tyres with a puncture-resistant inner tube. The Air is also somewhat less troublesome. This is precisely because it is equipped with both a drum brake and an electronic motor brake (regenerative). This combination ensures particularly short braking distances and a more trouble-free ride, because drum brakes are more durable and longer-lasting than disc brakes.
The Air scooter is not much less powerful either, as it is equipped with a rear 500W electric motor and a rather large 36V and 15Ah Li-ion battery pack. The battery pack is also made from 21700 battery modules, which give the widely used 18650 battery modules a run for their money.
