NAMI ELECTRICSCOOTER
INTRODUCTION AND HISTORY
Nami was founded at the end of 2019 by former Kaabo sales engineer Michael Sha. NAMI’s name is derived from the English keywords “New Age Mobility Innovation”. This phrase pretty well describes the purpose of NAMI as a brand. The NAMI brand aims to produce electric scooters equipped with cutting-edge technology, using only the best quality components. Improvements to existing products are not just based on customer feedback, but also on the long-term development of a community of NAMI members who discuss new ideas and technical solutions. As early as mid-2020, Nam’s first revolutionary electric scooter – the Burn-E (originally called Viper) electric scooter – was launched, the world’s first electric scooter using sine wave motor controllers.
Nami has already come a long way in the breeding world for her age, and today there are more than 20 people in the Nami team. Nami’s original aim was to produce an innovative range of electric scooters with 10 inch wheels. However, this did not go very far, as the price of an electric scooter using Nami’s Burn-E technology would have been too high. It was therefore decided to target the market for the largest, most powerful and most expensive electric scooters first.
Unlike other electric scooter brands that use sheet metal and mainly bolted joints for the frame, Nami’s electric scooters are welded together from aluminium tubes (roll-cage type). This provides the frame with tremendous strength and eliminates any fatigue that may occur over time. Nami’s original plan (as is usual for brands) was to find subcontractors for all the components, and to assemble the final product itself. However, it became clear during the process that the complexity of the components (e.g. the aluminium tubular frame) would be an obstacle, as it would take too long for large factories to start producing such innovative and technically different components. Therefore, all the mechanical and electronic components of NAM’s electric scooters are produced in-house, which allows the best possible quality to be guaranteed.

The shock absorbers are also widely used on sport bikes, with a standard size of 165mm, so users can change them to their favourite type and brand.
The uniqueness of the Yummy Burn-E 3 Max is immediately apparent from its appearance. Hand-welded from X-section aluminium tubes and finished in a matt black paint, the frame is sure to be a sight to behold. The Nami Burn-E 3 Max electric scooter is equipped with two 500W motors. The double-wheeled Nami Burn-E 3 Max is agile and reaches a top speed of 25km/h in the blink of an eye.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The Burn-E 3 Max revolutionises the world of electric hoists in many ways besides its unrivalled performance. Sine-wave motor controllers, with much better efficiency than conventional square-wave motor controllers, increase mileage for the same energy expenditure. A large and beautiful moisture-proof display mounted on the lens stems allows unprecedented personalisation of the electric scooter setup. For example, it is possible to set the scooter so that the rear motor runs at 87% power and the front motor at 37% power. With the help of these controllers and the user interface, it is possible to do whatever you want with it. Nami’s patented steel conical folding mechanism eliminates any material fatigue and snags between the lens tube and the frame.
The robust design ensures good stability at all speeds and ideal control of the scooter. Due to the large and sturdy frame, the maximum weight allowed by the manufacturer is 150kg. However, this also takes into account the loads when jumping, so under normal conditions this electric scooter can carry much heavier loads. The scooter is equipped with a very high capacity 72V/4000mAh (2880Wh), high quality LG Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery pack. This battery allows up to 150km on a single charge.
The Burn-E 3 Max are 160mm hydraulic LOGAN brand disc brakes that are highly rated by electric scooter enthusiasts as having the best brake feel (compared to the Zoom) but are extremely efficient, and this is because the LOGAN brake caliper has a total of four brake pistons. The Nami Burn-E 3 Max electric scooter can also be braked with motors (electric brakes), the intensities of which are also fully customisable via the on-board computer.
It takes just 8 hours to fully charge the large 2.8kWh battery, thanks to the 8A fast charger included with the scooter. For dark times and to make yourself more visible to other road users, the Burn-E 3 Max scooter is equipped with both powerful front and rear LED lights. The scooter also features a very eye-catching side LED strip around the battery inside the frame. The first LED luminaire is gigantic by electric scooter standards, with a record light output of 2000 lumens.
Nami Klima and Klima Max electricscooter
Nami Klima and Klima Max electric scooters with a larger battery are true masterpieces. It is thanks to the collaboration of enthusiasts and professionals that such a sophisticated electric scooter has come into being. The Klima and Klima Max electric scooters, with their cutting-edge technological features and enjoyable riding experience, combine new innovative technologies with the existing features of their bigger brother, the Nami Burn-E 3 Max, in a compact whole.
The Nami Klima is the most compact model in the Nami range, but is surprisingly powerful and durable despite its smaller size.
With their particularly sharp design lines and sporty construction, the Nami Klima electric scooters reflect power from every angle.
Featuring sensational stability, user-friendliness, brisk acceleration, Klima electric scooters are one of the few electric scooters whose riding modes and amps can be easily adjusted to the rider’s preferences and parameters. With a hand-welded, aluminium frame, the Klima electric scooters are exceptionally durable and come with a wide range of accessories.
The Nami Klima electric scooter has a high quality front as well as rear 165mm hybrid adjustable hydraulic spring-amortisers. This technology combines the best features of spring and hydraulic shock absorbers into a single ideal unit. The steering tube is moulded from strong but ultra-lightweight aerospace grade aluminium, which helps to ensure minimal flexing of the lens relative to the frame. The precisely weight-balanced design ensures that the electric scooter is perfectly manoeuvrable and stable at any speed.
The Klima electric scooters are powered by a high voltage 60V and relatively large capacity 25Ah / (1500Wh) Li-Ion battery pack. The Klima electric scooters have a battery pack consisting of the more expensive but very high quality LG 21700 battery modules (or cells). According to our calculations, under realistic conditions (25km/h – 15Wh/km) the Nami Klima electric scooter is capable of covering up to 100km with a 70kg rider.
The Klima Max model with a larger battery offers more driving distance. The Klima Max electric scooters are powered by a high voltage 60V, high capacity 30Ah / (1800Wh) Li-Ion battery pack. Like the Klima, the Klima Max Li-ion battery pack is made from high quality LG 21700 battery modules (or elements).
Powerful and bright 2x500W motors ensure powerful acceleration up to the manufacturer’s speed of 25km/h.
Nami Blast and Blast Max electricscooter
The Nami Blast, and also the Blast Max with its larger battery, are something cardinally different in the world of electric scooters. The Nami Blast electric scooter has a single-sided swingarm design and the most striking feature is the unusual construction of the first shock absorber system. It is claimed to be not only a design solution but also a practical one that should result in improved manoeuvrability and safety. In particular, the 180-degree angled positioning of the shock absorber ensures that there is no risk of overflying when driving over a steep obstacle.
Nami has created the new Klima and Blast electric scooters precisely to prove its competence and ability to compete in the high-tech and more expensive electric scooter market.
Like all other Nami electric pushchairs, the Nami Blast electric pushchair is made from only the highest quality materials and components. Nami Blast is similar to other Nami electric pushchairs in terms of its technological capabilities. The Blast maintains the performance of Nami’s electric pushchairs, with the possibility of fine-tuning, a clearly legible display/screen with a wide range of options and a high quality battery and bus controller. The folding mechanism has been redesigned to make the Nami Blast quickly foldable and easily compact.
The Nami Blast is equipped with standard hydraulic shocks that are also widely used on sport bikes in the standard 165mm size, so users can swap them out for their favourite type and brand.
The Blast electric scooter is technically very powerful. Powerful dual drive (2x500W motors), in combination with a sinusoidal controller and thumb throttle, ensures a bright and smooth acceleration up to the manufacturer’s speed. The Blast is powered by its own high voltage 60V and high capacity 28Ah / (1680Wh) Li-Ion battery pack. The Nami Blast is also available on the market in the Blast Max version. The Blast Max electric scooter has a larger battery capacity compared to the Blast version. Specifically, the Blast Max has a 60V voltage and a very high capacity 35Ah / (2100Wh) Li-Ion battery pack.
Nami Blast electric scooters have both front and rear 160mm hydraulic disc brakes. In addition to the hydraulic braking systems, the Nami Blast electric scooters are also equipped with a motorised braking system (electric brake), the intensity of which can be easily adjusted on the screen/display according to the rider’s preferences. All in all, the Nami Blast electric scooters have a robust and high quality construction, powerful motors, a wide range of accessories and the possibility of fine-tuning.
