The Dualtron Victor is the world’s fastest “middleweight” electric scooter with 10-inch wheels and is considered by many to be the best Dualtron electric scooter overall. Victor is designed as a powerful successor to the Dualtron Eagle Pro and Spider scooters, bringing numerous technical improvements to the market. The biggest upgrade is the use of giant LG 21700 battery modules to achieve a 60V/30Ah and 1800Wh capacity, making it the master of its weight class. This improvement allows the Dualtron Victor electric scooter to achieve the world’s best energy-to-weight ratio (Wh/kg), meaning that no other electric scooter of the same weight can cover more kilometers on a single charge than the Victor.
Like all other Minimotors electric scooters, the Dualtron Victor is designed with innovation, quality, and superior performance in mind. The second biggest improvement over the Dualtron Eagle Pro is the Zoom hydraulic disc brakes, which, unlike the previous generation’s mechanical disc brakes, do not need constant readjustment. The brake pads also wear more evenly and need replacing less frequently. There is also a significant difference in braking power, which, combined with the wide 10×3.00″ TUOVT air tires, makes the Dualtron Victor one of the safest in its weight class. Additionally, electric ABS magnetic brakes are featured, which engage before the disc brakes and allow the battery to charge during braking (KERS).
On a single charge, the 30Ah battery version can travel up to 100km in ECO driving mode, and the 24Ah battery up to 80km. Under realistic conditions, with a rider heavier than 65kg, and with intermittent braking and accelerating, the range for the 30Ah battery is more likely between 50-80km, and for the 24Ah battery between 40-60km.

Minimotors, the creator of the Dualtron brand, is the world’s oldest company engaged in the development and production of electric scooters. The electric scooter can also carry significant weight – the manufacturer has set a weight limit of up to 120kg for the Dualtron Victor electric scooter. The electric scooter is capable of climbing up to 30-degree slopes. It takes 17 hours to fully charge the Dualtron Victor battery with the charger included in the box. Fortunately, Minimotors engineers have addressed this, and using a fast charger reduces the charging time to only 4.6 hours.
Like all Minimotors electric scooters, the Victor is equipped with front and rear lights that illuminate the road surface around the scooter and help to be visible in the dark. To light the road further, an additional light is required. All new-generation Dualtron electric scooters are also equipped with hazard lights. The Dualtron Victor electric scooter is more like a motorcycle than an electric scooter – it is definitely recommended to wear a helmet and crash-protective clothing such as pants and jackets with integrated armor (motorcycle gear).
