This combination makes the Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter easier to clean and suitable for taller riders. MINIMOTORS DUALTRON VICTOR LUXURY PLUS ELECTRIC SCOOTER – TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Minimotors, the creator of the Dualtron brand, is the oldest company in the world engaged in the development and production of electric scooters. Originating from South Korea, Minimotors began developing electric light vehicle technologies at the end of the last century in 1999, and by 2015, they became the first to invent and introduce to the market an electric scooter (Dualtron) with both front and rear motors. The Victor Luxury electric scooter is equipped with dual 1000W peak power brushless DC (BLDC) motors at both the front and rear.
In addition to their capability, Dualtron Victor Luxury electric scooters are noted for their first-class handling and comfort. Dualtron electric scooters are globally recognized for their patented rubber bushing-cartridge type suspension, which also allows the scooter to be adjusted according to the rider’s preferences and parameters.
For safe and effective braking, the Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter is equipped with front and rear ZOOM brand hydraulic disc brakes. The Victor Luxury Plus comes with 10×3” wide air tires, patented rubber bushing shocks, and quality hydraulic disc brakes, making the electric scooter precisely and safely maneuverable.
Like all new-generation Minimotors Dualtron electric scooters, the Victor Luxury Plus also features a shock absorber installed in the lower part of the handlebar stem (upright boom) to reduce vibration transmitted to the hands. Additionally, the Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter has a foldable and tool-free adjustable handlebar.
PERFORMANCE
To satisfy the demands of serious enthusiasts and hobbyists, the Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter is equipped with both a front and a rear vibrant electric motor. The dual-drive Victor Luxury Plus is so lively that it can achieve the manufacturer’s speed of 25km/h instantly. With its durable construction and capable motors, the Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter can easily handle an additional weight of up to 120kg. Furthermore, the Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter does not falter even under heavier loads, as it is capable of energetically tackling inclines of up to 30%.
The Victor Luxury Plus electric scooters are available with two different battery packs. The somewhat more affordable and lighter weight Victor Luxury Plus, Lite version, is equipped with a 60V / 28Ah (1680Wh) Li-Ion battery pack. According to our calculations (with a 70kg rider), riding at a steady speed (25km/h), this electric scooter is capable of covering up to 112km. On the other hand, the Victor Luxury Plus Pro electric scooter with an even larger 60V / 35Ah (2100Wh) Li-Ion battery pack can cover up to 140km on a single charge. Notably, the electric scooter equipped with the 35Ah Li-Ion battery pack uses high-quality LG 21700 battery modules (or cells). The Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter comes with a standard charger, which takes 12 hours to fully charge the 28Ah battery pack and up to 17.5 hours to fully charge the larger 35Ah battery pack.

For riding in twilight and darkness, the Victor Luxury electric scooter is equipped with a powerful LED headlight. Additionally, the Victor Luxury electric scooter features color-changing RGB lights on both the handlebar stem and the standing deck, as well as turn and safety lights.
The Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus electric scooter is street-legal in Estonia according to traffic laws, with a manufacturer power of 1000W and a manufacturer speed of 25km/h. Note!
