The HX X9 MAX electric scooter is compact, lightweight, durable, and capable, perfect for everyday use. Equipped with 10″ wide tubeless air tires, the HX X9 MAX electric scooter is safe and compact, ranking among the best electric scooters in its price class. It is well-suited for navigating poor and potholed roads, including gravel and forest paths, thanks to its high clearance of 120mm.
The X9 MAX has a larger battery than the X9 PLUS model from the HX model series. Thanks to its high capacity and low voltage drop under load, the battery ensures robust progression, even when climbing hills. Both models in the HX X9 series are equipped with a quickly removable battery – it can be charged separately outside the scooter or quickly exchanged for another charged battery, instantly making the electric scooter “fully charged.” All this and more fits into one compact, foldable scooter weighing just 20 kg.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The HX X9 MAX electric scooter features a robust and sturdy frame made of aluminum. The scooter is equipped with a powerful 550W electric motor (with a maximum peak power of 850W), which ensures brisk acceleration and effortlessly reaches a manufacturer speed of 25 km/h. According to the manufacturer’s specifications, the electric scooter can travel up to 100 km on a single charge, depending on riding style and rider weight. The scooter is equipped with three electronic gears and a cruise control feature. It can achieve three different top speeds, with gears designed for riding alongside pedestrians, for the most economical riding, and for the fastest riding.
The HX X9 MAX scooter is equipped with front and rear mechanical disc brakes, ensuring effective and safe stopping. The scooter features a 48V/15.6Ah lithium-ion battery pack, which takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge. For visibility in dark conditions and to make oneself more noticeable to fellow road users, the scooter is equipped with both front and rear LED lights. The X9 MAX electric scooter features an LCD display at the center of the handlebar, which shows the speed, battery charge level, and the currently active electronic gear. The X9 MAX electric scooter is easy to operate. It is turned on and off via a button on the throttle. Once the electric scooter is turned on, pressing the button quickly twice toggles the lights on and off, and pressing the button once switches between the eco and sport modes.
