The HX X9 PLUS electric scooter, with its 10″ wide airless tires, is stable, safe, and the most compact electric scooter in its price range. For safety reasons, X9 PLUS electric scooters are designed with high clearance for traveling on poorer gravel roads and more potholed surfaces.
The X9 Plus is an electric scooter with a large and capable battery. The battery ensures robust propulsion even uphill. The HX manufacturer’s X9 PLUS electric scooter is equipped with a quickly removable battery – it can be charged separately outside the scooter or quickly exchanged for another charged battery while putting the other one on charge. All this and more fits into one compact, foldable scooter weighing just 19 kg.
HX X9 PLUS – TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The HX X9 PLUS electric scooter features a robust and sturdy frame made from aluminum and is also equipped with comfortable grips on its compact handlebar. The electric scooter is powered by a strong 500W electric motor (with a peak of 850W) that ensures quick acceleration and effortlessly reaches a manufacturer’s speed of 25 km/h. According to the manufacturer’s specifications, the electric scooter can travel up to 70 km on a fully charged battery, depending on riding style and rider weight. It is also equipped with three electronic gears and a cruise control feature. The scooter can achieve three different top speeds, with gears designed for riding alongside pedestrians, for the most economical riding, and for the fastest riding.
The HX X9 PLUS electric scooter is equipped with both front and rear mechanical disc brakes, which ensure quick and safe stopping. This is a significant value since disc brakes are more effective than other types of brakes, and in the price range of the X9 electric scooter, equipping a model with two disc brakes (due to the high cost of brakes) is rare in the factory. The electric scooter is powered by a 36V/15.6Ah Li-ion battery, which takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge. For visibility in dark times and to make oneself more noticeable to fellow road users, the scooter is equipped with both front and rear LED lights. The X9 PLUS electric scooter features an LCD display at the center of the handlebar, which shows the speed, battery charge level, and current gear. The HX X9 PLUS electric scooter is easy to operate. It is turned on and off via a button on the throttle. Once the electric scooter is turned on, pressing the button quickly twice toggles the lights on and off, and pressing the button once switches between the eco and sport modes.
SAFETY
When riding an electric scooter, we always recommend wearing a helmet. For riders under 16 years old, wearing a helmet is legally mandatory when riding an electric scooter. The X9 PLUS electric scooter also has a version with a larger battery, the X9 MAX.
