Segway’s new Zing C-series models are characterized by their youthful, minimalist, and well-thought-out design. They are smaller and more affordable versions of the popular Segway Ninebot eKickScooter ZING C10 electric scooter. The Zing C-series electric scooters are specifically designed for young children. The electric scooter is easy to use and compact. Compared to the C10 model, the Segway Ninebot eKickScooter ZING C8 has a lower handlebar, is lighter, lacks bottom lighting, and is slightly more compact. The Segway Ninebot eKickScooter ZING C8 electric scooter is most suitable for young children aged 6-12 years and with heights between 115-145cm.
The electric scooter is controlled through a throttle pedal with a separate button for switching between riding modes. The wheels are made of strong material and are also worry-free because they lack the typical pneumatic tires that can puncture. The electric scooter has handlebars made of easily cleanable and slip-resistant material. The Zing C8 is the perfect electric scooter for enjoying one’s first rides, practicing balance, and maneuvering. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
For hassle-free commuting, the ZING C8 electric scooter is equipped with sturdy 6” tires without inner tubes. The tire structure has undergone a complete overhaul compared to the previous generation, ensuring better grip and durability.
The electric scooter is powered by a 2500mAh (54Wh) battery, capable of covering distances of up to 10km. Despite the relatively short travel distance, the Segway Ninebot eKickScooter Zing C8 is an ideal means of transportation for school and other short distances, as it takes only 2.5 hours to charge the battery from 0% to 100%!
The electric scooter is equipped with a rear drum brake, making brake adjustment exceptionally convenient. The drum brake also makes the Zing C8 electric scooter a low-maintenance product compared to all other electric scooters with disc brakes. Made of strong material, the electric scooter can carry weights of up to 50kg. It is suitable for children aged 6-10 years.
With a nominal power of 120W (max 180W), the electric scooter’s motor can reach a top speed of 16km/h. The electric scooter also features electronic gears that can be easily changed using the button located on the throttle pedal. It has an IPX4 protection rating (moisture and splash-proof).
