NB: Road tyre 10" PMT 10x3" B Stradale is only suitable for electric scooters with tyres without inner tube (e.g. Dualtron Victor electric scooter). The tubeless tyre that is normally used on wheels with inner tubes will not stay on well enough to be used without an inner tube.
