Segway Ninebot ES internal battery for electric scooter (also battery, battery pack), rated voltage 36VDC (fully charged 42VDC), capacity 5.2Ah / 187Wh. This is an original Segway battery with durable and high quality battery elements. The high quality and moisture resistant Segway Ninebot ES internal battery is suitable for the original Segway electric scooter Ninebot ES2 and Ninebot ES4. The battery is also suitable for the less common Ninebot ES1 and ES3 electric scooters. No software/firmware change is required when installing the battery - the battery will start working immediately without any problems. The battery BMS software is perfectly compatible with the original Ninebot electric scooter controller.
The battery of the scooter needs to be replaced if the capacity of the battery modules has fallen below the acceptable limit for the owner, either due to very high total distance travelled by the scooter, or due to incorrect use, i.e. the distance travelled on a single charge is no longer sufficient for the scooter owner.
