VSETT 11+ SUPER ELECTRIC SCOOTER – PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Vsett 11+ Super electric scooter is an advanced version of the Vsett 11+, primarily in terms of power, speed/acceleration, and design. The scooter is designed to compete with other high-power 72V electric scooters such as the Nami Burn-E and Kaabo Wolf King GT. To achieve this, the battery voltage has been increased from 60V to 72V, and the motors have been upgraded to two 500W motors.
The most visible change is in the color combination of the electric scooter – the often controversial red-white-blue has been replaced with a more neutral yellow-black, similar to the Vsett 10+. The Vsett 11+ Super has a waterproof rating of IP54, which is extremely important in Estonia’s climate. The Tõuksimaailm selection includes the Vsett 11+ Super equipped with a 72V/32Ah (2304Wh) Li-Ion battery. Unlike its predecessor, the Vsett 11+ Super features handlebars with foldable grips like the Vsett 10+, making it significantly easier to store the scooter in a storage area or car trunk. The shock absorbers are covered with rubber bellows to prevent dirt from collecting between the functional parts of the shock absorber when riding on terrain or sand.
The electric scooter is equipped with a “Sport” mode, which provides an instant power boost, allowing it to offer stiff competition to other powerful 72V electric scooters. The scooter’s 2x500W motors enable a speed of up to 25 km/h. On the slowest Eco mode, a 70 kg rider can travel up to 125 km while riding calmly. In reality, when riding at an optimal speed in an urban environment, the electric scooter is more likely to cover 70-90 km.
VSETT 11+ SUPER ELECTRIC SCOOTER – TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The Vsett 11+ Super electric scooter is the latest flagship and the most capable model of the Vsett electric scooters series, developed by Ningbo Vsett Intelligent Technology for the year 2023. Previous development work has led to many breakthroughs in the field, such as the new OLED technology QS-S4 display, which is more user-friendly than all previous screens. The display shows information on riding speed, electric gear selection, battery voltage level/charge, and total mileage. Theft prevention solutions are also on a new level – the electric scooter can be activated/started with a chip inside a wireless NFC card. Additionally, this process can be simplified further by saving the NFC code in your smartphone or watch, allowing the scooter to be “unlocked” with your smart device and eliminating the need to carry the chip.
One of the most noticeable features of the Vsett 11+ Super is the massive front dual-tube hydraulic shock absorber. This shock absorber, similar to the Kaabo Wolf series electric scooters, helps achieve seriously good stability/safety at higher speeds. This can be considered one of the biggest advantages of this electric scooter over its smaller sibling, the Vsett 10+, which often requires a steering shock absorber to achieve the same level of stability. Like its predecessor, the Vsett 11 Super has two standard-sized 165mm hydraulic shocks installed on the rear wheel, ensuring the best possible stability and comfort, similar to the front shock.
All Vsett electric scooter frames are cast from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. The charging ports (like those on the Inokim OX electric scooter) are installed at the front of the scooter’s deck, not into the side of the frame like most other electric scooters. This reduces the possibility of mechanical damage to the charging ports and also prevents water from flowing into the port cover gap.
PERFORMANCE
The Vsett 11+ Super electric scooter is equipped with very powerful 11″ wheel-mounted BLDC (brushless) electric motors that ensure strong acceleration, allowing the scooter to quickly reach the manufacturer’s speed of 25 km/h (almost instantly). This is also true even when carrying heavier loads or climbing inclines of up to 45 degrees! Remarkably, the manufacturer’s maximum allowed rider weight is 150 kg. This means that taller and heavier riders can carry a significant amount of additional gear in a backpack or handlebar bag without worry.
The high power of the motors and dual-wheel drive also means that the electric scooter will not struggle to maintain speed on challenging terrains, steep hills, or even in deep snow. The Vsett 11+ Super has hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors on both the front and rear, which provide much better braking feel and more effective braking performance compared to mechanical disc brakes on other electric scooters. The electric scooter is equipped with a large 72V/32000mAh (2304Wh) battery.
It only takes 8 hours to fully charge the battery (0-100%) using two chargers. With one charger (included with the electric scooter), this time is doubled to 14 hours. The new design of the Vsett 11+ Super front LED light is among the best in the scooter world, possibly only rivaled by the front light of the Nami Burn-E electric scooter. Like all Vsett series electric scooters, the Vsett 11+ Super is also equipped with rear turn signals. A seriously loud electric motorcycle horn is installed between the shock absorber forks, which should be used responsibly in urban environments. It is advisable to use it only towards motorists and notify pedestrians of your approach more subtly, for instance, with the low rumbling of the scooter’s motors.
POWERFUL ELECTRIC SCOOTER – SAFETY
A powerful electric scooter is a potentially dangerous vehicle, and we always recommend wearing a helmet while riding. It is also advisable to wear protective clothing against falls, such as pants and jackets with integrated armor (motorcycle gear).
