Our goal is to be efficient as possible and in order to achieve that, we have a stock of the most popular electric scooter brand parts in our workshop and warehouse. If we do not have the needed spare part immediately in stock for a more uncommon type of vehicle, we are also able to order parts for more specific light electric scooter brands.

We offer a warranty service to all electric scooters that are bought from us. In addition to that, we offer a warranty service for our business partners and light electric vehicle importers. To solve technical problems as efficiently as possible, we stock all the needed parts, offer general discounts and provide priority service even at peak season – spring and summer. There is no need to book in advance. Just bring your light electric vehicle or scooter to our workshop – we have a lively queue.
You can get information about the approximate length of the queue from the workshop information phone number 5303 4581 (Tööstuse 47a workshop) or 5457 2804 (Tartu Aardla 23 workshop).
A lively queue means that you are able to bring your electric scooter or light electric vehicle to our workshop at the time that suits you the best. When registering the service job we also tell you the approximate date when the electric scooter is ready to pick up* from us. We also come to terms on the cost of the repair or maintenance when accepting the job. We send text message / SMS when the electric scooter is ready for a pickup. We offer free price quotes, so feel free to ask us.
During peak season (spring and summer) we have separate queues for the more challenging and less challenging services. This way we are able to offer fast repair and service times for services like changing the inner tube or tire, brake calibration / adjustment, and accelerator or brake lever replacement.
*Our estimated service completion times are approximations. Completion time might differ from approximations and is not the eligible reason for discounts or complaints.
ELECTRIC SCOOTER REPAIR AND SERVICE PRICE LIST
SIMPLE MAINTENANCE – 39€ – 45€ (one motor) / 55€ – 65€ (two motors or over 20kg):

- Outer cleaning / washing*
- Brakes calibration / adjustment

- Checking fasteners, locknuts, bolts
- Visual inspection of electric parts – we carefully examine the electronics for any damage, corrosion, or bad connection.
- Headset lubrication
- Inspecting the technical conditions and wear on the parts. If needed we offer guidance and advice for better future maintenance of the electric scooter parts.
- Changing the consumable parts. The service price for changing the spare parts that are consumables is included in the price – brake pads, brake rotors, tires, griptape

*- Tõuksimaailm does not provide any warranty for your electric scooter functioning after changing the software for a higher speed / power / acceleration. Changing the software to do tuning to your electric scooter may certainly harm your light electric vehicle in the long run.
For emergency situations we offer priority service (or fast service). Priority service means that we will start to work on your electric scooter immediately after you bring it to our workshop and (depending on the severity of the fault) usually the job gets done on the same day. We do both quick and more time-consuming repair jobs as priority repairs, provided that we have the necessary spare parts available. Priority service costs 50% more (1.5 times more) than the regular fee.
You are able to rent a replacement electric scooter from us for 5€ per day while we service or repair your light electric vehicle or electric scooter.
STORAGE OF ELECTRIC SCOOTER AFTER SERVICE
First 10 days – 0€ – FREE
After 10 days – 2.50€ per day
Storage up to 1 week – 10€
Storage up to 1 month – 15€
Storage after one month – 15€ per month
If you have received the notification about the completion of the electric scooter service, we kindly ask you to pick up your light electric vehicle in 10 days after receiving the notification. It is very important for us that customers come pick up their scooters on time, because it helps us avoid room shortage in the workshop. If pick up is not completed in 10 days, the storage fee will be applied.
Tõuksimaailm is not responsible for charging the electric scooter or light electric vehicle battery during storage. If battery is at low charge for too long period of time, the cells in battery can start to malfunction, thus we strongly suggest to pick up the scooter as soon as possible.
In the situation where serviced electric scooter or light electric vehicle has stopped working because of uncharged battery during uncoordinated storage, the bill for services, parts and storage must be paid regardless.
If Tõuksimaailm has canceled the service / repair (for example there are no spare parts available) the client will be notified. The countdown for storing fees starts when the client has been notified of the completion. To avoid the storing fee, come and pick up your electric scooter and / or light electric vehicle in 10 days.
If electric scooter or any other light electric vehicle repair or maintenance is completed and 3 months (storage fee exceeds 45€) has passed from the date when the client was notified and the client has not collected his electric scooter / light electric vehicle, then Tõuksimaailm is allowed to utilize the electric scooter / light electric vehicle.
SCHEDULED STORAGE SERVICE
Tõuksimaailm offers planned storage service during the low season (autumn and winter) from 1st of November to 1st of April. Planned storage fee is 65€ and it includes:
Simple maintenance with the value of 45€ (washing and cleaning included)
Battery charge state check once a month – we will maintain the battery voltage at the ideal range – from 40% to 80% (please also bring us your charger for that)
ELECTRIC SCOOTER REPAIR – COURIER SERVICE FOR SENDING THE ELECTRIC SCOOTER TO OUR WORKSHOP
If you happen to live outside of Tallinn, then you are able to send your electric scooter / light electric vehicle to our workshop through courier service (14.95€). If the service / repair bill exceeds 100€, no additional scooter return fee will be applied.
It is possible to send any detail / spare part that needs to be diagnosed or repaired to our workshop through Itella Smartpost, DPD or Omniva parcel machines. Sending back the detail or component costs 3.95€. We use Itella Smartpost.

Is it worth improving the water resistance of an electric scooter?
Improving the water resistance of an electric scooter is worthwhile if you plan to ride in rainy weather. It is also necessary to prevent as much moisture as possible from reaching the battery, controller, and display.
Can the electric scooter be sent for repair by mail?
Yes, it can be sent via DPD courier. To do this, you need to order a pick-up from the online store, from there you can add a contact number, through which the courier will contact you and agree on the pick-up. The description of the fault and / or the list of desired repair works must be included on paper with the electric scooter sent to the workshop. If you do not have packaging for sending the electric scooter for repair, it is possible to order it from us – an electric scooter transport box.
What’s the difference between an air tire and a solid tire?
Compared to a solid tire, it is not possible to continue riding with an air tire in the event of a puncture. Tire pressure must also be constantly checked – for smaller tires every 2 weeks, for larger ones once a month. A solid tire, on the other hand, is a good solution for worry-free riding – tire pressure does not need to be monitored and a puncture does not interfere with riding. However, the solid tire has a rigid construction which results in more repeated bumps, less stable handling, and heavier weight. Replacing a solid tire is also much more complicated than an air tire.
